Posani helps individual families, business owners, and farmers throughout Ohio help protect their family wealth, businesses, and farms through the use of a wide array of products and services. John is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School. His previous thirty years of legal practice was concentrated in the areas of estate planning, wealth transfer and business continuation planning. John joined McCloy Financial Services in February of 2005 as a financial professional. Before joining McCloy Financial Services, he was employed at Huntington National Bank’s Trust Department performing trust and estate administration and trust development work. Over the years, he has been affiliated with the estate and business planning departments of Midland Mutual Life Insurance Company in Columbus, Ohio and the John Hancock Life Insurance Company where he assisted life insurance agents and financial planners across the country better serve their clients.
His interests include reading, Ohio State football, and community service. He has served as a Cub Master, Chair of his Church’s Festival, and Bishop Watterson High School Band Booster President. John lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and three children.
